It only reports when it has something to toggle and has done so. So if you run a directory once and it makes a bunch of files safe and then run it again it'll just say it's done the second time because it did it the first. That's my issue with the Muramasa dump I linked to. It says all's good, but going to install it in VitaShell and the VPK is still asking for extended permissions.

I think I might be misunderstanding you though.

Well, no matter how often i run the folder with the VPK through savedump, it doesn`t toggle save mode. But the fil has been processed as the date modified timestamp in Windows proves that the VPK has been modified by savedump. Tried it with 2 games (Trails of Cold Steel 1 and 2) .

Can I just use vitaorganizer to make it safe - does this actually provide enough protection?
Also - do vitashell, molecularshell etc get damaged if I make them safe (I mean - use the VitaOrganizer function to make applications safe)? I am assuming that they actually need access to the system files. Anyone have an idea?
